Hosting and access data

Delivery is planned through Hetzner in Germany with Cloudflare in front. Technical access data such as IP address, time, requested address, browser and referring page are processed for delivery, troubleshooting and protection against attacks (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Access logs are limited by rotation. Cloudflare may process data outside the EU; its privacy policy describes international transfers and safeguards.

Consent and storage

The GetYourGuide measurement script loads only after explicit consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). The decision is stored in local browser storage as `luxor-consent-2`. Withdraw it using “Change tracking settings” in the footer. Booking links work even if you decline.

A flyer code from the `f` parameter is stored as `luxor-flyer` in session storage and, with consent, also in local storage. It identifies the flyer, not your name. Withdrawal deletes the persistent entry.

External offers

Tour images load from GetYourGuide, whose image server receives technical connection data. Booking links carry partner and campaign identifiers. After following a link to GetYourGuide or Discover Cars, their privacy policies apply and they may set their own cookies. We do not receive payment details. The measurement script is separate from normal booking links.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and, where applicable, data portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent. You can complain to a data protection authority. Requests: contact@tours-finder.com.
